What may first feel fragile, disconnected, or depleted is not broken - it is simply waiting to be tended. At Alitus, nutrition therapy starts with safety, nourishment, and nervous system repair. What was once faint becomes rooted, steady, and whole so that you can move from survival into vitality, from fragmentation into embodied belonging.
