Alitus Women’s Circles // Membership, Cancellation + Refund Policy

Alitus Hearth Circles are intentionally small, ongoing relational spaces designed to support continuity, connection, reflection, and community over time.

Because places within each circle are limited and carefully held, membership functions differently from casual event attendance.

Hearth Circle Memberships

Hearth Circle memberships are ongoing monthly subscriptions which reserve and hold your place within the circle.

Your membership includes:

  • your reserved place within the circle

  • monthly facilitated gatherings

  • ongoing access to the relational continuity of the group

  • preparation, materials, and facilitation by Emily

Memberships continue until cancelled.

Missed Circles

If you are unable to attend a particular month, your membership payment still contributes toward holding your place within the circle and supporting the ongoing continuity of the group.

Unfortunately refunds or credits cannot generally be offered for missed circles.

Of course, life is human and unpredictable, and if significant circumstances arise, please reach out directly.

Pausing or Cancelling Membership

If you wish to pause or cancel your Hearth Circle membership, please provide at least 14 days’ notice prior to your next billing date where possible.

As spaces within circle are intentionally limited, late cancellations may impact the opportunity for another woman to join the group.

If you choose to step away from the circle, your place will be offered to another woman on the expression of interest list.

Seasonal + Themed Circle Series

Payments for seasonal or themed circle series (such as Inner Seasons) reserve your place within a small-group offering and support preparation, materials, and facilitation.

Refunds are generally not available once a series has commenced.

If you are unable to attend an individual session within a series, refunds or transfers are not typically available.

If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact Emily directly to discuss options.

These circles are built upon mutual respect, tenderness, community care, and shared responsibility for the space we are creating together.
